My favorite part was of today's show was when Lauren told Daisy that unlike Shelia, SHE wasn't crazy.

Really, Lauren? She has you locked in a cage, and Jana in a box and she's NOT crazy?!

Now that Lauren uttered the "S" word...Shelia...and Michael reassured her Shelia is dead, I'm totally convinced Shelia is Ryder's mother.

That Ryder's mother is Shelia.

Here's why:

Shelia has connections to all the major players in this fiasco.

She hates Lauren, that's a given and she hates Michael because he allowed Paul to keep her prisoner after she stole Phyllis' identity. She slept with Tom when they were staying at the same hotel. She hates Amber and kidnapped her because she wanted her daughter to marry Rick, and that would also put her in association with Deacon.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Lord, do NOT let Ryder's mother be SHELIA CARTER. Today when Lauren said she'd "seen that look in his eye before" I wanted to barf.

I recall Tom and Shelia working together the last time she came to town and of course, the ages would be all wrong, but that never matters on the soaps.

I hope I'm wrong.
