What's with that stupid poof in Nikki's hair? It gets bigger and bigger every day. Kinda like a huge boil getting ready to pop.

Great scene with Gloria yesterday when she reminded "River"--writers, CHANGE THAT STUPID NAME, WILL YA?!--that he abandoned her and Michael yet managed to "raise that one".

When kajillionaire Steve Fossett was missing in September 2007, he was not declared legally dead until February 2008 after months and months of searching. One must admire how quickly the Mexican government works. Victor is missing one day, and he's declared dead, his death cert is issued and Adam is acting like a power hungry dictator at Newman. I’m loving that part, though. Can’t wait to see the smart ass fall on his face.

Lily is sorry she didn’t go to modeling school?! She stepped out of total obscurity into a contract with a major cosmetic company, and she’s sorry she didn’t go to modeling school?! Gawd she IS stupid.

Anna to Devon: “You have the whole music thing going on for you and you didn’t have to go to school.” WHAT “music thing”? Sitting around with a kid writing music? Word is that Karen is on her way out again. I don’t know why they brought her back, to be perfectly frank. But now that she’s here they need to play Tyra against her. Damn it, I was hoping Eric Braeden was on vacation. That was the only redeeming factor in the Sabrina death story as far as I was concerned: the fact that Victor would “disappear”. I had no ide he’d “disappear” and yet stay on our screen day after day. Sigh.

Wasn't it just a few weeks back that Jill was accusing Nikki of nepotism? NOW she's offering the job of CEO to Cane. CANE who used to be in charge of construction of Clear Springs. BTW, anybody remember Clear Springs and how it would "change the face of Y&R forever?" It's never even mentioned anymore.

Anyway, Cane was in charge of construction, then was suddenly in charge of cosmetics deals, now he'll be in charge of the entire company? At least David and Vicki had business experience, which is more than Jill can claim for Cane.

The only thing I'm loving about this is the way Jill's putting the screws to Brad Carleton...LOL!!!

The DA told Heather she “did good”?! She has NO SOLID PROOF that David Chow killed JiMin, other than Daddy’s speculation. Why do they even need police and attorneys in Genoa City? Just let Paul Williams, crackerjack P.I, to solve the case. And the DA asking her back is almost as funny as her saying there might be a “whole string of unsolved murders” connected to Chow. How many people died in GC in the last few months?!

When did Paul become judge and jury? Because he THINKS Chow killed JiMin and planted evidence to frame Victor and Jack, it’s an automatic fact now? And what gives with the cop giving him all the information on the case, as well as JT, simply because Paul’s old man USED to be a cop? Heather shows up to assure Jabot isn’t liable when the police haven’t even done their report yet? WTH? If anyone was liable, wouldn't it be the limo company? Then Heather and Paul are allowed to trample all through a “designated crime scene”? Do the initials O.J. ring a bell to anyone?

Katherine said Jill sent fear and chaos through Jabot’s “highest corporate level”? Um, hello? Aren’t Katherine and Jill and Nikki Jabot’s “highest corporate level”?

If Chloe only slept with Cane a week or so ago, how could she even be a candidate for an ultrasound this early?

The writers have got to get Glo and Jeff OUT of the pool house. Surely they can afford to remodel so it doesn’t look like the same set. Having them live there is like expecting us to believe Candy Spelling would live in a Motel 6.

Victoria just HAD to apologize to Sabrina, then she gets in there and starts talking about the old days of their friendship. She knows Sabrina is dying, but doesn’t bother to say, “I love you,” or “I’m sorry I misjudged you" when she leaves. This is probably setting us up for weeks of “why didn’t I apologize when I had the chance?!” angst.

While the show is more interesting, I’m not sure if it’s the stories that are more interesting or pointing out all of the inconsistencies in the writer’s sloppy work that’s got me happy.

Just when I think Nikki can't get any dumber relationship wise, she lets a known gambler keep his CEO job with Jabot. Why doesn't she just give him a blank check and be done with it? As if BEGGING him to stay with her wasn't humiliating enough. When a guy tells you he's not good enough for you, BELIEVE HIM.

Wow, isn't Victor quite the loving daddy? "Don't ever forget who I am and don't ever forget who you are or you'll be sorry." What a sweet thing to tell your son. Guess Vic Jr. is finally getting a taste of what the old man is really like. Wait till Sabrina gets her turn. Jr. seriously needs to move out, and get himself a life. And I love how Victor has told Jr. that Heather was trying to frame him for JiMin's murder about ten times now. You got that?!

Why is Cane suddenly in charge of the fashion side of Jabot? Wasn't he hired in construction? It always amazes me how people on the soaps just snag great jobs with absolutely no experience whatsoever.

And after the way she mouthed off to Nikki, maybe she should remind Chloe there are a million managers out there who could replace her, as well.

I'm not surprised David and Nikki are eloping this week. TPTB are going to want them to be married when the gambling bomb gets dropped on Nikki. More fallout that way.

I knew when she mentioned four months on Friday that something was going to change. I wonder if finding out that Victor is getting married is her impetus to rush things ahead?

Nikki was giving it as good as she was getting it Tuesday in her conversations with Jill. When Jill pointed out that nepotism was nice, Nikki reminded her that indeed it was considering Katherine was her mother.

Then later when Jill tried to rile Nikki by bringing up the fact that she hired her daughter, Nikki neatly countered by mentioning Jill hiring Cane. At least Victoria has experience in the field she was hired in, which is more than Cane has.

I think Jill needs to get up off Nikki's ass. She is no longer in charge and I don't think Nikki should have to run to her with every change.

Isn't Brad the sneaky bitch lately trying to rile Jill?
