thoughts on recent Y&R eps

Did you notice the scene in which Katherine was laying in the hospital after being diagnosed with a slight stroke? She told Olivia that she couldn't move her left side, yet when someone asked her a question, she shrugged her shoulders, moving the left side just fine.

Isn't it interesting how Phillip came up with a plan to bring Cane to GC at the EXACT MOMENT that Kay began having her dreams? How, pray tell, can he take credit for inducing the dreams? Give me a big, fat break on this one, writers, because YOU BLEW IT. Who would rather let their family believe they were dead, than tell them the truth about being gay? What stopped him from just leaving without telling them ANYTHING? The writers deserve an F for this ridiculous storyline.

And what is with Neil lately? Somebody please tell him that Lily is his DAUGHTER, not his WIFE. And now he's leaving Chancellor Industries to devote himself to Lily 24/7? Isn't having cancer bad enough?! Ugh.

Did Nicki EVER tell Victor that Adam is involved with Rafe? It seems like that would be something you'd remember to tell someone, if for no other reason than it inhibits his ability to be 100% honest when he's investigating Adam.

LMAO the other day when Jill said, "How many times does a person get a second chance to get it right?" On this show, quite a few.

I agree with Kay and Nina giving Phillip a hard time. Nothing can excuse the fact that he allowed his son to grow up without a father. And I don't recall him even asking about his son.

BTW, anyone else think Thom B needs to take some serious acting lessons?! It's like he's phoning it in already.

If I were in Lily's shoes, I think I'd be prone to forgive Cane. After all, he took nothing from Jill and Kay and actually treated them very well for the most part. Jill seems to care for him more than her own sons.

Jack told Mary Jane that it had "been a long time" since he'd seen her last? For Pete's sake, she only "left town" two days prior. Again, writers, pay attention to detail.

BTW, I have no idea what Victor pays for security at the ranch, but he seriously needs to fire them. People come and go all the time on that ranch and the guards are totally clueless.
